Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses, including China. This allows us to offer competitive prices and a wide product selection.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 15–20 days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or public holidays.

How long does order processing take?

Processing time: up to 3 working days

Tracking number available: within 6 days after order confirmation

You will receive an email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking details are normally sent by email within 6 days after your order is placed.
In some cases, tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking may not update immediately. This is normal for international shipments.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to refresh once the parcel enters the delivery network.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived after 20 days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with clear photos and your order number. Our support team will review your case and assist you.
