This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through DH Store Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The 14-day cancellation period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email within 14 days of receiving your item(s):

3. Returning Items
After cancelling your order, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Important return conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):
We will issue your refund within 14 days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout
Please note:
Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and your order number
In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:
Items that have been worn or used
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned outside the allowed return period
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
7. Order Processing & Shipping Notice
All orders are shipped from overseas warehouses, including China.
Processing time: up to 3 working days
Tracking provided within 6 days
Delivery time: 15–20 days
Delivery delays caused by customs or postal services are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund unless legal conditions are met.
